My husband has been eating here as long as he can remember. Since we got together he has taken me there a lot of times too and it is our favourite place for Mexican food. I love the enchiladas and the beans. My husband loves the taquitos there too.

Told you!! so happy you experienced it for yourself.
My awed expression over the display case of mixed meats sums it up! These carnitas took my obsession with pork to another level considering we gladly ate this enormous taco at 10am without trouble. My two loves finally met and for only $2.50 – thanks LA!

Mezcal’s needs to invest in a few seasonings. Salt, pepper, etc. You can’t just slap some sauce on everything and think it’s good.

had a friend get a chicken bone in his taco at this place. pretty accurate review. they live two blocks away and we still never go here.

I love this shack, though I’ve never been there and I live on the west coast in the mythical State of Jefferson. I love people who create little spots that nurture the human body and spirit. I love shacks. I love tacos. I love hanging out at little shacks with people, eating tacos and drinking soda pop, beers, aguas frescas and roasting the ital. I heart tacos, too.
